Project Overview
Leka – A brand new social media for Gen Z focus on Authenticity and users’ personality. There will be different Squads (Groups) with different interests, users will join the Squads that are suitable for their hobbies to hangout in it. I have created a Mascot and also a sticker pack for the “Otaku” Squad (fan of manga, anime and Japanese culture) that represents the new generation of “Otaku”. Being one myself, I have strong feeling for what I did here, with deep research on what young people nowadays cares about, what they like, and how are they using social media. I pictured the character in my head, part of Japanese manga style, part of Vietnamese trendy memes, and part of myself. Introduing Ahiru Chan!
