Ding Yi is a coterie of accomplished Chinese instrumentalists that trademark Singapore Chinese chamber music in the traditional and contemporary field. To them, composing, interpreting and performing Chinese chamber music transports us to realms – from the historic to the contemporary and avant-garde, from places exotic and familiar, from the sensual to the surreal. Their music is a story, a great literary work, a poem, a painting or even an emotion or aspect of nature. With their new branding, modern and younger looking, Ding Yi brings a new breath to the traditional Chinese music field with all their passionate musicians. The stationery set is a tool helps them reach out to more audiences and share the love for their music.
